You watch a 15-minute orientation video on arrival. After that, the protocol card on your bedside table tells you what to do each morning. The devices do the rest.

Lapland in summer already gives you 20+ hours of natural daylight. the strongest circadian signal possible. The clinical lamp is used in the evening wind-down protocol instead: red-spectrum light after 9pm to begin melatonin onset. Blue-light blocking glasses also included for screens in the evening.
A small Neurosym device that clips to your ear and directly activates your parasympathetic nervous system. 60 minutes morning, 60 minutes afternoon. You rest, read, or eat while it works. For many guests, this is the deepest rest they've experienced in years.
Chest strap paired with the cabin tablet. Two guided sessions daily. you watch your heart rate variability shift in real time. Finds your personal resonance frequency on Day 1. Your final session repeats Day 1 exactly. the before/after is the most significant data point of the stay.
Under-mattress Withings sensor tracks sleep stages and respiratory rate. Finger O₂ ring monitors overnight oxygen. You just sleep. the data appears on your tablet each morning. Deep sleep, REM cycles, any disturbances. Most guests see measurable improvement by night 2.
Finnish sauna reaching 80–100°C with protocol cards specifying temperature and timing. Cold dip in natural Lapland water. The deliberate cold-to-sauna sequence is the most powerful tool for retraining nervous system elasticity. Cold creates the sympathetic peak, sauna creates the deepest parasympathetic recovery.
Resonance frequency pacer, activation breathing guide, extended exhale protocol, connect-to-self meditation, binaural beats for sleep. All pre-loaded on the cabin tablet. no WiFi needed. The protocol card tells you which guide to use each morning and evening.
Marked trails from the property directly into genuine boreal forest. Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). the Japanese practice of immersive time in nature. has 60+ peer-reviewed studies showing 12–21% cortisol reduction from 20 minutes of forest exposure. Not a walk for exercise. A slow, sensory immersion in birch and pine. The daily nature protocol is on your protocol card. Most guests describe this as the quietest hour of the day.
A morning qigong sequence in the cabin (15 minutes, video-guided on your tablet). Marked trail running and walking routes through the forest. Outdoor paddle court for paddle sessions. Bodyweight workout space and yoga mats available. Movement is optional but encouraged: it amplifies the protocol's effects on HRV and sleep. You decide when, how, and how much.
Authentic relating card deck with evening connection games and vulnerability exercises. Co-regulation through genuine contact with your partner activates the same parasympathetic pathways as facilitated group work, same mechanism, different format.
